Transparent, Simple Pricing
At Monroeville Direct Primary Care, I believe that financial barriers and "billing surprises" shouldn't stand in the way of high-quality medical care. My model is built on transparency: one flat fee, no co-pays, and no hidden charges.
Membership Fees:
A one-time enrollment fee: $150
Covers the extensive "onboarding" process, including a deep-dive review of your medical history and past records.
Monthly membership: $150
Includes all office visits, direct communication with me, and most in-office procedures.
Understanding the "Extra" Costs:
While your membership covers the vast majority of your primary care, there are a few instances where outside services incur a separate cost. In my practice, "transparent" means no surprises.
Outside Labs & Pathology Membership includes access to wholesale laboratory pricing through LabCorp and Quest.
Routine Labs: You have the choice to use your insurance or my negotiated cash rates. If you choose the cash option, I provide up-front pricing so you know the exact cost before the blood is even drawn. No surprise bills weeks later.
Pathology: For procedures like biopsies or pap smears, an outside lab charges a processing fee. I determine these costs for you in advance so you can make an informed, pressure-free decision.
Specialty Medications/Devices: For items like a Nexplanon or an IUD, you can typically use your insurance with a pharmacy that ships the device to my office.
Pro-Tip: Monthly membership fees are HSA-reimbursable!
Wholesale Lab Pricing Guide
Transparent. Up-front. No surprise bills.
At Monroeville Direct Primary Care, I believe you should know the cost of your healthcare before you receive it. Through my partnerships with LabCorp and Quest, I offer my members wholesale "cash-pay" rates. These prices are often 80-90% lower than what you would pay through a traditional insurance-based clinic.
How it works: You pay the practice directly for the labs at the time of service, and I pass 100% of my negotiated savings on to you. No insurance middleman, no mystery bills weeks later.

Frequently Asked Questions About Labs
-
Absolutely. If you have met your deductible or have a plan with excellent lab coverage, I can send your insurance information to the lab. However, for most patients—especially those with high-deductible plans—my wholesale cash rates are significantly cheaper.
-
No. You can go to any LabCorp or Quest draw station that is convenient for you. I will provide you with the necessary orders, and because the labs are pre-paid through my office, you simply walk in, get your blood drawn, and walk out.
-
I review every lab result personally. Once I have appraised the data, I will share the results with you via my secure patient app and, if needed, schedule a follow-up conversation to discuss what the numbers mean for your health.
