Your First Visit: Starting Our Partnership

Getting to Know the Real You

In a normal doctor's office, the first visit is often rushed. Here, we do things differently. We take the time to look at the big picture of your health.

Step 1: Your Story First

Our first meeting is usually 90+ minutes long. I want to hear your story directly from you. We will talk about your health history, your life, and what matters most to you right now. I believe you are the expert on your own body, and I am here to listen.

Step 2: The Medical Review

After we meet and talk about your goals, we will decide together which past medical records are important to look at.

  • We will sign the right forms to get your old tests and notes.

  • Then, I will do a "Deep Dive" into those records.

  • I use my expert training to look at your past data and see how it fits with the plan we are building today.

Step 3: Co-Creating Your Plan

I am your expert partner, not a boss. We work as a team:

  • My Part: I bring the latest medical science and the best research.

  • Your Part: You bring the knowledge of your own life and what you want for your health.

  • Our Goal: Together, we build a plan that is safe, based on facts, and fits you perfectly.

What to Bring

To make our first visit great, please bring:

  • Any medicines or vitamins you are currently taking.

  • A list of any health questions or worries you want to talk about.

  • An open mind, knowing that this is a safe and kind space.
